Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with and how you can control it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect
When you request quotes or a callback: your name, mobile number, optional email, city, the treatment you're interested in, your hair loss stage, timeline, age range, budget, any message you write, and the page you were on.
When you browse: basic technical and usage data (such as pages visited, device type and approximate location) through analytics tools, and a hashed version of your IP address to prevent spam.
We don't ask for medical records, photos or diagnosis details through our forms. Please don't include them in free-text messages.

Who we share it with
- Clinics you agree to, only after we have confirmed your request with you.
- Service providers that host our website and database, send messages or provide analytics, under contracts that restrict their use of your data.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We never sell your data to non-medical businesses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect sharing that already happened), and nominate another person to exercise these rights for you. Email info@trichotalk.in. If you've asked us to stop sharing your data, we'll also ask clinics that received it to stop contacting you.
Grievances
Contact our Grievance Officer, Kushagra Trivedi at info@trichotalk.in. We aim to respond within 7 days. If you're not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
TrichoTalk is for adults. Our enquiry forms require you to confirm you're 18 or older.
