About TrichoTalk
TrichoTalk helps people in India make a careful, informed decision about hair transplant surgery.
Why we built this
Search for a hair transplant in any Indian city and most of what you find is written by clinics about themselves, or "Top 5" lists where the positions are for sale. Patients end up choosing on advertising, discounts and before-and-after photos they can't verify.
TrichoTalk exists to put the useful facts in one place: who actually operates, what they are qualified in, whether they are registered, what techniques they offer and what they charge.
Who we are
TrichoTalk is operated by Trichotalk. The team has more than a decade of experience working with healthcare providers in India, including dermatology and hair restoration clinics.
That experience is useful, but it also creates a possible conflict of interest, so we are open about it:
- Some members of our team provide marketing services to clinics through a separate business. Any clinic with such a relationship is labelled on its TrichoTalk profile.
- Those clinics are listed by exactly the same rules as every other clinic. They get no better position and no extra editorial mentions.
- We don't write articles that recommend a named clinic as "the best".
How we make money
Patients never pay. Clinics can pay for patient enquiries and for clearly labelled sponsored placements. Read the details in our advertising disclosure.
