Independence

Our guides are written by the TrichoTalk editorial team. Clinics cannot pay to be mentioned, to review an article before it is published, or to change what we say. Sponsored content, if we ever publish it, will be labelled as such at the top of the page.

Sources

We base medical information on guidance from bodies such as the National Medical Commission, peer-reviewed research and established professional associations. Where we quote a figure, such as a price range, we name the source and the date. Prices published by clinics are described as exactly that, not as survey results.

Medical review

We are recruiting independent dermatologists and plastic surgeons to review our guides. Each guide shows its review status at the top:

• Medically reviewed by a named doctor, with qualifications, when reviewed.
• Medical review: pending when a guide has not yet been reviewed.

If a reviewer has a relationship with any clinic listed on TrichoTalk, we disclose it on the guide.

Updates and corrections

Every guide shows the date it was last updated. We review high-traffic guides at least every six months, and cost information at least every quarter. If you spot an error, email info@trichotalk.in. Significant corrections are noted on the page.

Use of software tools

We may use software, including AI tools, to help with research and drafting. A human editor checks every fact, source and recommendation before publication, and is responsible for what we publish.
